The project is led by Dr. Ivan Kovalec, Chief Expert in Numerical Forecasting of Weather and Atmospheric Pollution and a leading researcher at the Ukrainian State University of Applied Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences. Under his leadership, the project uses the numerical weather forecast model WRF (Weather Research and Forecasting), a server that updates reports hourly from thousands of locations globally.
